Why eat in season (and local!) ?

  • This way, you contribute in reducing the energy to grow and transport the food.
  • Eating according to nature’s cycle is tastier. And cheaper!

  1. Yes!Here an idea for this hot summer: I love to do gazpacho in summer! right now i have access to peppers, red juicy tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden! with chopped ham or/ and cooked egg or chips…refreshing and healthy!
